The food itself is usually solid, so no big complaints there. But ordering delivery through Blimpie has been a bit of a suspense thriller for me. Sometimes it arrives right on time like everything is perfect, and other times it’s late with barely any updates, leaving me staring at the door like I’m waiting for a rescue mission. It’s not a total disaster, I just really wish the delivery was more consistent.

I thought it was decent, but to me the flavor was kind of bland. Not bad, just not something I’d be excited to get again.

Blimpie is in such an easy spot for me, right by where I usually run errands. Convenient. I can swing in, grab a sandwich, and get back to my day without making a whole extra trip. Simple. Lunch just feels way less stressful.

The menu loads fine and I can use the site, but finding coupons is annoying. Like, really annoying. I kept clicking around and it just felt clunky, and then I’d still be trying to find the coupons. It works, sure, but the whole coupon part is way more frustrating than it needs to be.

I had an issue and customer service actually got it fixed quickly, which I appreciated. Just a heads up to others, if something seems off, contact them right away instead of waiting. It made the whole process a lot easier for me.

I grab Blimpie every now and then, the veggies always taste fresh. Who wants soggy lettuce or tomatoes with no flavor? The lettuce is crisp, and the tomatoes actually taste like tomatoes.

The bread was soft too, and the meat and cheese tasted like they had just been prepped that day. It’s a simple thing, but doesn’t it make the whole sub so much better? Easy 5 stars from me.

The only thing that annoyed me a bit was the communication while ordering, it wasn’t super clear where to wait or when my sandwich was ready, so I was kind of standing there guessing. Still, the place felt clean and comfortable to eat in, so good job to the staff on that part...
